Requests for toner, parts, or service should be made by contacting Caltronics at the number located on the silver Caltronics sticker (should be located on the front or side of the printer). 
You will need to provide Caltronics the asset tag of the printer that you need toner for, which will also be on that sticker.  Caltronics will also provide repair for printers as well. 
The only exception to these printers are those made by Dell, SATO (label printer) or Cub (label printer).  If it is one of these exceptions, or your printer does not have a silver Caltronics asset tag, please proceed with the toner request form below and state why Caltronics cannot be contacted.
Please note: IT no longer stocks toner or parts for Caltronics supported printers, so check for the sticker before filling out the form below.
